Who we are
Lecta Studio is a trading name of Identify Petals Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal (NIF/VAT PT515725846), Rua Diogo de Silves 40, 2º Dto, 4400-628 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@lecta.studio.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries. When you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, email, business name and what you tell us, to reply and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract / our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Business outreach. We may contact businesses using contact details they publish for business purposes (for example on their website or business listings), to offer services relevant to their business. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR). Every message lets you opt out, and we will not contact you again once you do.
- Clients. If you hire us, we process the contact and billing data needed to deliver the work and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address) for security.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate: Google (email, Google Workspace) and Cloudflare (website hosting and DNS). Some of them may process data outside the EEA/UK under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and outreach records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Opt-out requests: we keep your email on a suppression list so we never contact you again.
- Client and invoicing records: for the period required by Portuguese tax law (currently 10 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to processing (including any outreach), or restrict it. Email hello@lecta.studio and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Portugal the CNPD (cnpd.pt); in the UK the ICO (ico.org.uk); or the authority where you live or work.
